Fix MathJax editor sometimes not properly sized / getting cut off (#2467) 
* Fix MathJax editor sometimes not properly sized

Also fix an issue where when 'Reduce motion' is enabled, a popover
appears momentarily out of position and then shifts to the correct
position.

Anki's TypeScript and Sass dependencies. Some TS/JS code is also stored separately in ../qt/aqt/data/web/.

To update all dependencies:

./update.sh

To add a new dev dependency, use something like:

./add.sh -D @rollup/plugin-alias
