Damien Elmes d80a5c56e3 no need for separate all_tags_sorted() 
tag is the primary key, so sqlite will give it back to us in
sorted order already.

Anki's Rust code.

backend.proto stores the interfaces used to communicate backend messages between Rust, Python and TypeScript.
