0f9683a850 Add cursory type annotations for aqt.DialogManager 
Typing DialogManager._dialogs properly would require more extensive

6b204274c0 fix retain cycle caused by col.tr 
We can't use a weakref.proxy with a method, so manually proxy the
call instead.
